Help Mario Carrillo's Family After Sudden Loss

Hi everyone,

I want to start off by saying thank you to everyone who has been praying for my sister’s family. It is with a very heavy heart that I come here and ask for additional prayers and financial support. As some may know, on Friday, December 20th, my sister’s husband, Mario Carrillo, age 38, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly due to heart conditions.

Mario was a loving father and husband who put his family before anything else. His love and care for them is a testimony of the great man Mario was. As the solid anchor he was for his family, they are devastated and unsure of what the future holds for them without him.

Mario and Andrea had been together almost 20 years and in those years, they created a beautiful life together. They have 4 children: Kassandra, age 12; Viviana, age 8; Victoria, age 6; and their son Santiago, age 3 months. They recently purchased a home in Carpinteria, which, while it is very reassuring to Andrea and their children, it is also a big responsibility for Andrea to uphold in the years to come.

Many have asked how to help Andrea and her family during this difficult time, so we have created this account to relieve the financial stress for the funeral and burial services. Any extra funds will go towards the kids’ college fund as that was a priority for Mario.

Those of you that know Mario know that he was always a positive, happy, and funny guy to be around. Everyone in Carpinteria knew him and had nothing but loving things to say about him. If you knew Mario, you would know that he is the kindest and most caring person with a big heart. Thank you all for your support and prayers.
