Help Marisa Olivera's Family After Eaton Canyon Fire

My stepdaughter Marisa Olivera and her family lost their homes during the Eaton Canyon fires in Altadena, CA on January 8.

Her grandparents, Louis and Darlene Leyba, had been and still resided at their beautiful Altadena home on Mariposa Street for over 45 years. Their daughter, Brillana Leyba, shared the home, along with Marisa and her husband, Adrian Olivera, and their 2 dogs and 2 cats.

We are relieved that everyone came out of this devastating situation with their physical health and safety, but the emotional and financial toll feels insurmountable at the moment, as they were left to escape with just their basic important needs.

We know these are desperate times for so many affected by the fires across LA, but we appreciate anything that can be shared with these families. All funds will go to the unexpected costs that lie ahead for these family members.
