In Memory Of Marisol Reyes

Hello everyone. Our beloved family have kept this issue private out of respect of our Mother’s privacy, but she’s ready for her story to be told.

Our mother, Marisol Reyes, was sadly diagnosed with both Stage IV Lung and Bone Cancer in October 2023.

As per the doctors, they informed us the cancer has spread to her chest, lungs, liver, and bones. Additionally, numerous tumors began growing aggressively throughout her body causing our mom breathing complications, walking complications, and forcing them to admit her to the hospital.

Due to such aggression, one of her shoulders has a fractured and she also has a fractured hip due to a very big tumor that grew in that spot.

From radiation, to chemotherapy, doctors visits and intensive rehabilitation therapy, insurance is giving pushback and refusing to pay for some services. We would truly appreciate any help from the bottom of our hearts to help our mom fight this battle against cancer.

Hola a todos. Nuestra querida familia ha mantenido este tema en privado por respeto a la privacidad de nuestra Madre, pero ella está lista para que se cuente su historia.

Nuestra madre, Marisol Reyes, lamentablemente fue diagnosticada con cáncer de pulmón y de hueso en etapa IV en octubre de 2023.

Según los médicos, nos informaron que el cáncer se había extendido al pecho, los pulmones, el hígado y los huesos. Además, numerosos tumores comenzaron a crecer agresivamente por todo su cuerpo, lo que provocó que nuestra madre tuviera complicaciones respiratorias y para caminar, lo que la obligó a ingresarla en el hospital.

Debido a tal agresión se fracturó un hombro y también se fracturó la cadera debido a un tumor muy grande que creció en ese lugar.

Desde la radiación hasta la quimioterapia, las visitas al médico y la terapia de rehabilitación intensiva, los seguros se resisten y se niegan a pagar algunos servicios. Realmente agradeceríamos cualquier ayuda desde el fondo de nuestro corazón para ayudar a nuestra mamá a luchar en esta batalla contra el cáncer.
