HELP Mark and Marie resettle after housefire

Hi my name is Olivia. Last night in Murrumba Downs in South East Queensland my elderly parents home burnt down. Mark and Marie (mum and dad) lost everything in the house fire that engulfed their home. As pensioners in this difficult economic climate they have a very small savings and limited funds to help them settle while they wait for insurance to be sorted. They need some help to buy clothes, find a home, a car and frankly start again. Imagine being at the end stage of your life and having to start over again completely from scratch.
