Help Mark Schmit Family with Funeral & Med Costs

Hello, my name is Shari and I am fundraising in memory of my friend Mark Schmit, who unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack on Sept. 10. He left his wife and 14 year old son Brendan behind. He did not have life or medical insurance, and his sudden death has left his family without a source of income, so any help with funeral and medical expenses would be greatly appreciated.

 

Mark was a wonderful husband, father, and friend. He was someone who would never hesitate to help out, even if he wasn't feeling well or had a lot of his own chores to do. He was a hard worker who rarely took time off or took a vacation. He absolutely loved animals, and was always helping strays or other animals who needed it. He was always quick to crack a joke to make everyone laugh.

 

He was a great dad, always spending time with his son, working on projects together, going for walks, getting lost in McNaughton park, and camping with him.
