Help Mark Terranova & His Family
Donation protected
For those of you who know Mark Terranova, you know he is a great guy who loves his family and that he is always working to provide the best for them. This past Saturday, Mark was decorating his two-story home for Christmas and fell from his ladder. As a result of this fall, Mark fractured his hip in two places, his pelvis in two places, his pubic bone, his sacrum, his femur, and lacerated his head. A team of trauma orthopedic surgeons worked on Mark for hours to mend these injuries and reconstruct his broken bones with numerous plates, screws, and rods.
At this point in time, Mark will be rehabbing these significant injuries in an acute rehab facility until he can once again safely bear weight on his legs. When his doctors determine he is ready, he will then return home where he will need a hospital bed and 24-hour care because he will not be able to get up or do anything on his own. He will also need extensive OT and PT services to help him fully recover. While all of this unfolds over the next couple of months, Lauren will be taking FMLA so she can help care for Mark and their son.
If you are able to, please make a donation to help Mark, Lauren, and their son, navigate these challenging times. Also, please share this information on your social media accounts to help spread the word!
