Hi, my name is Maddie Mule and I am fundraising for my sweet girl, Marlee. Marlee is a 4 and a half year old American Staffordshire Terrier who means the world to me. She is the sweetest girl who has been facing a tough time recently. After showing some hind limb and hip pain, we took Marlee to her primary vet where they referred us to an orthopedic surgeon for a consult. After multiple visits there, we were then referred to a neurological surgeon, and then a physical therapy clinic in Boulder, CO. After all these visits Marlee has been diagnosed with Lumbosacral Disease, which is a pathologic degeneration in the lumbosacral disk in dogs. LS (Lumbosacral Disease) affects articulation, nerve progression, and tissue and joint connections. Unfortunately, Marlee has a long road of recovery ahead. From all the appointments at speciality clinics, medication, x-rays, and now weekly physical therapy, we have racked up a large amount of medical bills and need your help!
