Please HELP MARLEY KEEP HIS DAD in Australia!

My name is Andrea Tindiani and for the past 11 years, I have been fortunate to call Australia home, be a present father to Marley (9) and give back to my community. Unfortunately, after losing my employer’s sponsorship due to unforeseen company restructuring that made me redundant, I’m set to be deported back to Italy in a TWO weeks.
I have worked hard to build a secure future for my son and our family. I’m being forced to leave Australia within weeks, which will leave my young boy without a father. I need your help to convince the Minister of Immigration, Andrew Giles, to let me stay.
In 2013 I obtained a sponsorship for a corporation, confident that my work ethic, performance, and character would offer me a path to stay in Australia. Then, after 3 years of employment, due to unforeseen company changes, I was made redundant and left with only 30 days to find a new temporary visa.
Meanwhile, my partnership with Marley’s mum ended, so I couldn’t apply for a spousal visa. I have an amicable co-parenting relationship with Marley’s mum, and we’re in a good place.
But just like that, I was separated, unemployed and needed to secure a way forward to stay in Australia to be present for Marley.
Throughout this time, I have gone to great lengths, both financially and emotionally, to navigate the complexities of temporary visas and make sacrifices to be present for Marley despite the uncertainties and obstacles.
Drawing from my own experiences, I began giving back to both local and online communities in 2017, supporting and guiding men who faced their challenges with fatherhood, emotional well-being, and relationships.
In 2019 we moved to Victoria to be closer to Marley’s mum's family and we have been enjoying a sense of normalcy and stability in our lives despite the Covid crisis.
However, in 2021 my last visa was rejected and despite appealing the decision, the tribunal confirmed the decision in July 2023.
My last resort to be able to stay in Australia is for the Minister of Immigration Andrew Giles to reconsider my application on compassionate grounds.
My son, Marley, deserves his father by his side.
I understand the profound importance of this, having grown up without a father myself. Marley shouldn't have to endure the trauma, hardship, and heartache of losing me.
HOW CAN YOU HELP US?
We need support raising the funds necessary to cover legal assistance, expenses and pay further administration fees. Any amount chipped in will help, and be used to keep our Aussie family together.
We need to show Minister Andrew Giles that our case is not just an anomaly, but a matter of compassion and he needs to do the right thing by Marley, an Australian citizen, so he can grow up with the love, support and presence of both parents.
