Help Marlo Ava Beat the Odds

I have to tell this story for my daughter because she and her fiance need help financially.
On October 15th, 2019 my daughter Molly Quintero gave birth to Marlo Ava at a hospital in Neenah, WI. Molly was induced on Monday the 14th even though her due date was October 25th. After 27 hours and a few scares including a code red, little Marlo came into the world. That is when things took a turn for the worse.
Little baby Marlo Ava wasn't breathing. Her heart had stopped just as she was delivered. Molly was asking “What's wrong....why isn't she crying?” Tears were streaming down her face as the nurses and doctors pushed the code red button again!
The nurses whisked our little Marlo away to the ICU unit to revive her. We were all in shock trying to understand what was going on, and so we waited. At 6:00 pm or so, a doctor came in to talk to us. She said there was an abruption of the placenta as Molly delivered they speculated. The baby was without oxygen for “not sure how long.” Everything had happened so quickly. They would have to put Marlo in the Neenah Children's Hospital immediately to determine if there was brain damage and if she would survive the next 24 hours.
Our Little fighter Marlo Ava did survive and was monitored 24/7 for 2 weeks. There is brain activity, but again we don't the know the extent of “is she going to be ok or ??” She is also fighting for her life with breathing and is hooked up to all kinds of feeding tubes, EKG, heart monitors, etc.
On October 28th, Marlo had to be transported to the Milwaukee Children's Hospital in Wauwatosa, because they wanted her to see a lung specialist. We were told she has necrotizing enterocolitis, and was put on antibiotics. The hospital was not sure if she would survive this, since this is a very serious infection of the intestines in premature babies. It is caused by bacteria which invades the wall of the intestines, and can destroy the wall of the bowel. She is a tough little cookie, and still on the antibiotics.
We are hoping and praying that our little Marlo will come through this and live a normal life. We just don't know any long term effects, and will not know for a long time we feel. She is so young.
The effect this has had on Molly, the father, Bryan Brower and all of us, is traumatic to say the least. Molly is on unpaid maternity leave, and Bryan has not been working due to this also, and they are struggling to pay for everything including now travelling back and forth to Milwaukee (100 miles away) as much as they can with one car. They still have to care for her other daughter, pay the mortgage, enormous hospital bills, daycare, car payment, insurance etc. With the holidays upon us soon, we are just hoping they can be able to have a good Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have all been helping as much as we can, but feel that we need outside help for them. Molly is dealing with all of this as best as she can, but if anybody can donate even a little, it would be greatly appreciated! We have no idea how long little Marlo will be in Children's Hospital either. They just keep saying day by day. We are sure it will be months.
So first thank you for reading this story. Prayers prayers and more prayers.
If you can help, thank you again.
