Help Marsha Keep Running
Donation protected
Marsha is my baby girl I rescued in 2016. She’s 12 years old and is registered as my emotional support animal. She’s such a sweet girl. She has saved my life on 3 separate occasions. She’s been my ride or die for 8 years and I couldn’t imagine my life without her.
On June 19 we were both attacked by a stray dog. Marsha has a spiral femoral fracture that will require surgery to implant a permanent bone plate, a bone nail, and possibly additional implants. These implants will allow her bone to heal properly so she can still run and jump and just be a dog.
The surgery is very expensive, and her insurance won’t cover the cost of the medical care she needs. If we are unable to pay for the surgery, she will require having her leg amputated. The funds will go towards her surgery, hospital stay, medication, and post surgical splint.
