Help Mary Ann Rebuild Her Stable Life

We’re asking for help for a single woman, Mary Ann Williams. She is staying at her friend’s place in California, but she is in a position where she needs to move out after the holidays in December 2021. We'd like to raise a fund for her so she can have a stable life with her apartment and a job, and possibly a car in the near future.

 

After her divorce in 2014, her ex-husband passed away in 2018. She was staying and working at a ranch in California but she was let go. She had a health condition where she would tremble severely, and she could not work at the time. Since then, she has been staying at wonderful and kind friends’ places in different states due to her financial issue. Gary Hoffman and Rita Woodward were so kind enough to let her stay at their camper in their property in Michigan for several months, and Mary Ann decided to go back to California to live with her friend. Unfortunately it did not work out in the end due to a financial issue.

 

Now, she is ready for a stable and self-sustained living. She would like to move back to Michigan from California to be near friends, who are like parents to her. Gary and Rita are willing to help where they can but they are not able to help financially, to fly her to Michigan, set her up in an apartment, and get her back on her feet. Mary Ann has everything she owns in six suitcases, which cost extra to bring on the plane with her. The fund we can raise could be used for her to buy a car so she will be independent.
