Help Open a Medical Clinic in Sierra Leone
Please support us in Bringing Healthcare to Those in Need
I’m reaching out to you today on behalf of my dear sister Mary, a dedicated registered nurse originally from Sierra Leone. For as long as I have known Mary, she has had an unwavering passion for helping those who are most in need. Nursing is not just a profession for her; it is her calling. Over the years, Mary has often shared her dream of opening a medical clinic in the small town of Kenema in Sierra Leone, where she grew up. The healthcare challenges in Sierra Leone are significant, and this clinic aims to be a beacon of hope and health for the community.
The Vision
Her vision is to establish a clinic that serves as the first non-emergency stop for anyone in the community who is ill or in need of medical attention. The planned clinic will offer essential medical services, including maternal and child health care, immunizations, treatment of common illnesses, and health education. The goal is to improve the overall health and well-being of the community by providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality care that will make a significant impact on the health and well-being of the people in Kenema.
