Help Mary Wallace on Her Road to Recovery

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts but hopeful spirits to support our dear friend, Mary Wallace. A few days ago, Mary suffered a life-altering accident while enjoying a music festival in the woods. While peacefully sleeping in a hammock, a tree unexpectedly collapsed on her, resulting in severe compression fractures in both her cervical and thoracic spine.

Despite the immense pain, Mary miraculously retains movement in her extremities. She underwent emergency surgery last night to fuse several vertebrae, a critical step toward her recovery. The surgery was successful, but Mary now faces a long, challenging journey to regain her health and independence.

Mary's resilience and strength are truly inspiring, but the road ahead will be arduous. She will need extensive medical care, physical therapy, and ongoing support to navigate this difficult period. We are determined to help her in every way possible, but we cannot do it alone.
