Help Masai girls back to school
Donation protected
Please help us getting the girls in Masai Mara back to school.
The girls out of school indicated that they had dropped out of school due to financial constraints. Additionally, due to poverty parents fail to support the girl child through secondary school education in preparation for higher education especially when this covid-19 has led to collapsed of tourism industry, a source of income for many.
This group of young girls face the risk of early marriage and sexual abuse.
Their visions and dreams gets spoiled and failure. The future of the society is not secured when these future women leaders miss to hit their purpose and potential through education. All sexes should be treated with equality.
We should do not discriminate against girls and women - in education, in employment or in gaining access to leadership positions.
Measures should be put in place to create a balance in favor of girls - by offering scholarships or school feeding programmers, through making schools girl-friendly with proper and separate sanitation, by employing more women teachers for the security of girls and as role models.
Till now we have been able to help 15 out of 55 girls back to school, but we need your help to be able to help the other 40 girls back to school.
We are humble and thank God for getting the help for our fifteen girls who received support till now and are back at school but there still are forty (40) more beautiful and bright Book champion girls who’s staying at manyattas-house-like-structures without any help to go back to school.
The schoolfee for one girl, one term is KES (Kenyan shilling) 25000,-
= approx. US$ 300,-
= approx. NOK/KR (Norwegian Kroner) 2000,-
This fund raiser is again in NOK/Kr (Norwegian kroner) one (1) US$ is approx 10 NOK/KR
BUT no matter where in the world you are living, and no matter what currency you normally are using, you can still donate, your bank will withdraw the right ammount from your account.
Let's come together to make the future of the younger generations brighter.
Thanks, friends.
We can do it together again.
Let us know
Sincerely,
Jack Lekishon
