Help Mason get into STEM conference for the summer
Donation protected
Mason is a 4th grader and has been nominated to represent his school and community at the National Youth Leadership Forum Pathways to STEM ENVISION by WorldStrides in NYC for the summer. He will be joining other students who are highly motivated from all around the country. He is most excited about the medical aspect of the program. Mason’s father passed when he was little and had struggled with not having a father. However, after learning about his father, his struggles and what he strived to achieve to have a family before his passing, Mason's dream is to one day become a doctor and help out patients in hopes of finding a cure to tackle the illness that his father had. He said, “I would like to help find a cure for what my father had, so that no children would have to experience losing a father, mother, aunt, uncle or grandparent and that they get to live or live longer to see their children grow up.” His growth and determination for the love of sciences is what he strives to further grow his mind.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for him to learn all sorts of sciences, and as a 4th grader an amazing experience to represent his school. However, as a single mother and working as a teacher, $3000 tuition is what we are struggling with and is due July 1st. Any allowances that he is earning, a portion of it will be going towards his tuition. He hopes any donation help would be greatly appreciated to get him to follow into the steps of living his dream. We hope to reach this goal and want to say thank you.
