Help Mason Riddle Rebuild After Financial Loss

We, the Friends of Mason Riddle, invite you to attend a fundraising art sale to benefit Mason, who has been the victim of a serious and unrecoverable financial fraud which drained her retirement savings and investments. For Mason this has been devastating emotionally as well as financially. As a lifelong supporter of the arts and an influential writer in the Minnesota arts community for over 40 years, Mason's work has been critical to the success of many Minnesota artists. Bockley Gallery

2123 W 21st St, Minneapolis, MN

Artworks donated by over 100 artists and friends of Mason will be on display and available for purchase at Bockley Gallery. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Mason.

All artworks will be priced at $300.00. This is a rare opportunity for friends and collectors to purchase works by young and established painters, printmakers, photographers, mixed media, sculpture and ceramic artists. There will also be a separate silent auction for an additional group of prints by Edward Ruscha, Vija Celmins, Kerry James Marshall and Julie Mehretu.

This Go Fund Me page has been set up to receive payments for the artwork and any additional donations. Payments can also be made at the event with cash or personal checks made out to Mason Riddle. The page is being managed by Clare Sorman, the daughter of artist Steven Sorman and a lifelong family friend of Mason.
