Help Eathquake Survivors in Corail, Haiti
Donation protected
Two weeks after the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that devastated Haiti, the seaside community of Corail has yet to receive any local or international aid. The people are left to fend for themselves. The mayor has done all that he could to assist the most vulnerable, by allowing them to sleep at the town hall, but they must leave by morning and return to their severely damaged homes. Many are hungry, thirsty, and traumatized.
This fund will go directly to community leaders on the ground, who since the beginning used their own meager funds to provide aid to some victims. All activities have been halted due to a lack of funds. This is why we are asking for your assistance to continue to help the people of Corail.
The funds will buy tents, tarps, food and bottled water.
