Hey y’all, my name is Matt and I have chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia. It affects my entire body, especially my back and hips. I used to be able to go on long walks and be out and about all day with minor soreness afterwards. Nowadays I can’t stand or walk for very long before I get worn out or injure myself. In both cases, I’m out of commission for days afterwards. It would improve my life immensely to have an electric wheelchair. A manual wheelchair is not a realistic option for me. My goal is to purchase a Fold & Go MAGshock wheelchair, which fits all my needs. Insurance will not fully cover it. My dream is to go to the beach and not need a friend to push me up and down the Main Street. To go birdwatching on a nature trail that was previously too far from the parking lot. To explore my own neighborhood that I’ve lived in for almost 3 years and haven’t been able to walk in yet. If you are able to donate , thank you from the bottom of my heart.
