Help Matt Overcome Health Challenges

Hi, my name is Tom and I am Matt’s dad. Matt is struggling with diabetes, he has had surgery on both feet and toes removed and can barely get around and his eyesight has diminished to the point he can no longer drive. I know Matt thru the years has helped many people from a hot meal to a place to stay, groceries or paid a bill, etc. his unemployment has ran out and disability has not started yet…if you can spare a couple bucks please do, anything will help and I know he will appreciate it!
