Help Matt receive top surgery!

Heyo! My name is Matt and I started transitioning March of 2012 and then hormones November of 2017. My final end goal was always top surgery, but it's always been financially out of reach. My total goal will cover travel fees, extra visit fees, down payments, and of course the surgery itself! My surgeon in mind does not take insurance assistance, so this will almost be all out of pocket!

Having this surgery will give me that final boost of self independence and confidence, we all aim for!
