Help Matthew Alvarez and his family out

Unfortunately, on Friday, July 26, at around 1 p.m., our great friend Matthew and his sister Michelle were driving south on Highway 635 on their way back home from their father's business. In the car they were driving, one of the rear tires popped, causing the vehicle to lose control and then leading them to drift across all four lanes, where they collided into the back of an 18-wheeler trailer—totaling the car and hospitalizing both siblings. Michelle was released from the hospital on the same day, bruised and cut. Matthew, however, was left hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery. Although the surgery was a success, Matthew is still hospitalized, asleep, and undergoing scans. We are unsure how Matthew will respond to anything when he wakes up, and we are uncertain if he will return to his normal mental state. We, the family and friends of Matthew and Michelle Alvarez, ask for your prayers and support. We also ask, from those who are able, to support the financial problems that have come from these medical expenses. To support the siblings, we ask for donations to the family that will go towards their good health. Please, take the time to share this and pray for the Alvarez’ recovery.
