Help Matthew with Cancer treatment expenses

You can do all the right things. Marry the woman of your dreams, be the best dad possible, have a good job, live an active life, have "good" health insurance, save up your sick leave........ and still when unforseen medical things happen they hurt.
My brother Matthew just found himself in that situation. He was diagnosed with colon cancer at the age of 42. He is the father of two boys who he has been very active and hands on in raising. He has a loving wife of 15 years. They checked all the boxes, but with this diagnosis they have found themselves with the dreaded insurance deductible and lots of treatments to keep him here with her and the boys. The deductible is 6,500.00 a year. That is 13,000.00 in just a quick turn around with it being the end of 2023 headed into 2024. Breaking that down even for a full year that is an extra 541.00 a month. In this day in age that is a large expense. That is just money for the deductibles. He has some sick leave saved up, but he will have to work during his treatments to keep them all going.
More treatments and surgery could be coming up as this is all a new diagnosis and Dr's are still not sure how this is affecting his liver. His loving wife works, but will have to go to part time to help with the care of him and get him to appointments.
So again they checked all the boxes! This is just more than what anyone could handle on their own! We can keep everyone updated as time goes on. As he has already been through one surgery and will start treatment this week. Thank you for anything that you can donate, it really does mean a lot.
