Help Maui County FCU Employees after Maui fire

Aloha, we are gutted and devastated by the loss of lives, homes and businesses. My name is Denise Thayer and I work at Maui County Federal Credit Union. 100% of the funds raised here will be deposited into the bank accounts of each of my co-workers who lost their homes. Donations will help them and their ohanas who lost their homes and belongings in the Lahaina fire. We are grateful and relieved that they are all safe and accounted for, however, they have a long road of recovery and rebuilding ahead.

These families, like so many, are struggling with what to do next and how they will recover from this heart-wrenching tragedy. Having to leave their long-time homes from the unforgiving fires has left them with nothing.

In this challenging time, I humbly ask for your help to rebuild their lives. Your support can make a tremendous difference, no matter the size, and will be a glimmer of hope for them. I will be getting monetary donations to each individual to help them purchase food, water, personal hygiene items, clothes, bedding, and whatever necessities they may need.
