Dear NCA Members & Community,

We are writing to you today with heavy hearts and a call for assistance as we witness the devastating wildfires that have ravaged Maui over the past week. The scale of destruction and the impact on the local communities and environment are horrific. The town of Lahaina is completely destroyed and the total loss of life is still unknown as search & rescue missions continue.

It is clear that all businesses with operations in Maui will be severely hampered for the next several years while the entire town as well as the highway to the west side of the island are rebuilt.

As members of the NCA, we have consistently demonstrated our commitment to making a positive impact on the communities we serve. In this time of significant loss and devastation, we ask for your support as Maui looks to recover from this tragedy.

Please join Hawaiian Host Group and the confection industry in making a financial contribution, no matter the size, via this fundraiser. All funds will go to Hawaii Community Foundation (HCF). The foundation prioritizes nonprofit organizations that are supporting evolving needs, including shelter, food, financial assistance, and other services as identified by HCF's partners doing critical work on Maui.
