Help Maureen with Shoulder Surgery Expenses

To my friends and family,

You know that I have a problem asking for help. But right now, I need your help.

I have to have a shoulder replacement soon (yes, they really do replace shoulders too!). I’m having it done at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon. The surgery itself is scheduled for March, but I will have to make several additional trips up there both before and after the surgery. My first appointment is scheduled for November 16, 2021.

Now for the favor. Along with the travel costs, I will need to spend several nights in motels over the course of this treatment. My husband Paul and I depend totally on our Social Security checks to live on, and we can’t afford to make these necessary trips on our income alone.
