Help Maxine & her children move after a leak.

I don't like to ask for help as none of us do but I'm in a really hard predicament right now and don't know where else to turn to. I am currently nearly 29 weeks pregnant and have two children 10 & 11, one of which is severely autistic. Last week my flat started leaking from the ceilings, I've contacted my local council to be told that they aren't going to do anything to help until it gets worse and if I were to try and resolve the issue myself then it goes against my tenancy and classes as a breach. I can't afford to breach my tenancy and be homeless in the winter with my 2 children and my unborn daughter. The water is running down my living room walls/windows. There is 11 leaks in just my living room alone with 7 buckets out to catch the droplets. There is also a crack in my living room ceiling which is not safe when you have 8 floors of flats above you. It has damaged my sofa which now needs throwing as the water is yellow and mucky, my carpets are soaked through and unrepairable. I have just spent hundreds of pounds decorating my home ready for my baby girls arrival. My kitchen has 4 leaks and my freshly painted bathroom has 2. Myself and my two boys are now stuck living in one room due to the others being unusable. I've used all the towels/washing etc to stop my flat from flooding but it's beyond that now and the only thing I can do is ask for help to get me and my kids out of the property and find suitable elsewhere.
