Help Max's family with vet bills.

Hi! I'm Sara. Ive gotten a bit of a reputation for helping pets in need. One person who I helped before has a friend who needed help for her dog. Her husband was sick and hospitalized last year and now she is the only one supporting their family. Their dog, Max, has been having increasing allergies and is in a lot of pain and scratching himself raw. The family does not have the money to pay for further vet care. Rescues will take him because he is a friendly 4 year old dog but his family wants to keep him. I think it's best for everyone if they just get some help with vet care. He has an appointment to see a dermatologist on January 26. The cost will be somewhere between $800 and $2500. He also needs vet care to get him through that appointment and pay for expenses like a special diet, or allergy shots. That's still to be determined. All extra funds to be received will go for further vet treatment at Peekskill/Cortlandt Animal Hospital or Animal Dermatology and Allergy Specialists in White Plains. I think it's better for loving families to get help to keep their animals instead of needing to rehome them. There are enough animals that need saving. If I didn't have insurance and help from family, my dogs vet bills would have been too much for me.
