Help Me Access Top Surgery

Hey I'm Dandy and I need to get something off my chest. Mainly, my chest. (Haha). I've been trying to access top surgery through NHS services for multiple years but waiting lists mean I'd most likely be waiting another couple of years. So, I'm going to Poland! I'll be covering travel expenses myself, but I need £3250 to cover medical costs. Anything at all you can give would be really appreciated, and if you can give it a share, that would really help.
