Help Me Achieve My First Triathlon and Ironman 70.3!

Hi everyone! My name is Oscar, and I’ve decide to challenge myself with a triathlon and Ironman 70.3! On March 2, I’ll be competing in my first triathlon in Stanford, pushing through a 600m open-water swim, a 20km bike ride, and a 5k run. Then, on April 5, I’ll take on the Ironman 70.3 in Oceanside, testing my endurance with a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run.

 I’ve been training for two months, dedicating 1.5 to 3 hours daily to improve my endurance and performance while working 5–6 days a week.

But there’s one major obstacle I can’t overcome alone: I need a race bike.

Right now, I’m riding an old, mismatched bike that isn’t safe or fit for a race of this magnitude.  

To compete at my best, I need a reliable, high-performance bike that will allow me to train and race safely and effectively.

 My goal is to raise $800 to help me afford the right bike for this journey. Bike price aprox (1,400-2,000 usd)

Between training, coaching, gym (pool) fees, nutrition, race registration, tickets for the planes, hotel and gear, this journey has been a significant investment.

I’m selling my current bike, but I need some extra help to get the one that will truly support my goals.
