Help Me Achieve My Paralympic Dreams

Hi. My name is Richard Bray and I am in the British Shooting Paralympic Talent Program.

I have created this funding page to help me realise my dream of representing my country at the Paralympics, which will bring me that much closer to a life-changing position on the GB shooting squad.

Until I reach podium potential, I have to self-fund my training.

Trying to excel in any sport can be extremely expensive. Without the support from friends, family, businesses and charities, athletes like me would not be able to afford to train or enter competitions.

Fundraising will allow me to focus on training and alleviate the stress of paying the ongoing costs. Every penny donated will help pay for equipment, accommodation, travel, food and fees.

In April/May of this year, I am going to my first international competition in Germany. I will be there for over a week, and I am planning to compete in 4 events. Whilst there I will also be getting my International Classification, which will allow me to enter future international competitions.

My goal is simple - I plan on being the best I can be. I am sure with hard work and your support I can fulfil my dream.
