Please help me buy a roof for my new mobility scooter!

Hi, my name is Ninette and I live in Belgium. A few years ago I suffered a spinal stroke and while I could still walk a bit with assistance the first years afterwards, that doesn't work anymore now. With the help of many friends from near and far, I was able to buy my Golden Giant Minicrosser (see video) through this GoFundMe campaign -I'm extremely happy with it and use it a lot. A lot more than I expected in fact, even off-road and in traffic! But Belgium being Belgium, it tends to rain quite a lot -in fact we had rain since last October (2023), meaning that on those days I can't go out.

Option 1.

I have made some enquiries and it's possible to get a stable roof for the GG -and even a small heater! This roof would come off in late spring and can then be attached again in the autumn, making it a mini car. Such a roof plus heater cost around 7000 euros, but I think it's worth it, to help me break out of that horrid isolation, also in the darker months (see updates 12 and 13)

Option 2.

In case we don't reach that ideal goal, I also added a cheaper option with open sides that costs around 4000 euros (see update 14).

Option3.

And finally there's the MOVO canopy (see update 15), that costs around 700 euros.
