Help me and my cat avoid homelessness

hi, im toni. im a digital artist and barista on the verge of eviction because of health complications and unemployment. i have court on September 18th.

in the month of april i was fired from my job of 3 years due to attendance issues associated with a currently undiagnosed sleep disorder. my condition progressed slowly yet got so severe i was hospitalized because i was unable to care for myself, sleeping 16 to 18 hours a day.

my condition, while still not identified and treated, is moderately stable.

i was successful in finding a new job in june and continued to search for a second job, though my options are severely limited considering i do not own a vehicle and my bike was stolen.

i had no luck and came up short in july, so i had to accept emergency commission work to pay off the bill. it worked then, but my queue is so backed up i cannot accept any more until ive completed the ones ive already got.

i could not afford rent in august. transportation to job interviews, my current job, and doctors visits has me spending more than i make. i hardly broke even at my last job that paid more, now im just hemorrhaging money despite nearing overtime almost every week.

im backed up 2,677 dollars at the moment, most definitely more after court costs.

so.. whats the plan?

i have friends out of state that are willing to house me for a bit while i gather myself. but i do not have friends or family in the state im in now.

i need to pay off what i owe before this gets to court. despite my best efforts most entry level jobs over here are underpaying/overstaffed, likely catering to college age employees.

after that immediate issue is taken care of, i plan to sell most of my belongings, break my lease, and use the money i make to pay off the car.
buying out my lease will cost me 2,194.

its not ideal but its more financially viable in the long run. i cannot confidently say i can afford to live here anymore and even if i found a job further away, i cannot afford the commute.

an eviction on my record will tank any and all chances of signing a lease out of state.

any amount helps, im immensely grateful for any and all support. please share if you can. i have 7 days until this gets to court.
