Help Tala and her family rebuild our lives in Gaza

My name is Tala Al-Baitar, and I am a content creator and a student from Gaza. I have many ambitions and dreams, just like my siblings and all members of my family. My family consists of my father, mother, my brother Khaled (10 years old), my sister Reem (6 years old), my little sister Sarah (4 years old), and myself (13 years old). Unfortunately, those dreams were killed in the blink of an eye due to the difficult circumstances we live in Gaza. Our dreams were killed and our future was destroyed.

We used to live safely and securely in a warm home filled with beautiful memories. However, we now find ourselves displaced, homeless, and without the basic necessities of life. We live a life of oppression and misery. We suffer from a lack of food, water, electricity, medicine, and all the necessities of life. Our present and future are fraught with danger.

I hesitated a lot before creating this link. However, my feeling of the danger approaching and increasing day by day, and my extreme fear for my family and the interruption of my education, is what finally pushed me to resort to this means. This is after all the ways were closed in our faces, as we tried in all ways to try to get out and save ourselves and continue our education, but unfortunately all of them failed.

My decision to take this step and resort to asking for your support through this link came because of the exorbitant costs required from us to travel. It is also due to the interruption of our income for the past five months due to the war, which stopped the sources of income that we depended on.

A large part of our house was destroyed, and we lost loved ones and lost a lot of our belongings in this war. Our school was also destroyed, which led to the interruption of our education. We waited and endured in the hope of returning and repairing what was corrupted, but unfortunately the war is still ongoing and has not stopped. Even if it stops, we will need a lot of time to repair what was corrupted. There is nothing left for us now but to try to get out of the Strip to rebuild our lives and continue our studies, and then return to Gaza if the area is completely calm.

أنا تالا البيطار من غزة صانعة محتوى وطالبة تعليم كان لدي الكثير من الطموحات والأحلام أنا واخوتي وجميع أفراد عائلتي التي تتكون من أبي وأمي وأخي خالد 10أعوام وأختي ريم 6 أعوام وأختي سارة الصغيرة 4 أعوام وأنا 13 عام تلك الأحلام للأسف قتلت في لمح البصر بسبب الظروف الصعبة التي نعيشها في غزة لقد قتلت أحلامنا ودمر مستقبلنا

كنا نعيش آمنين مطمئنين في بيت دافئ مليء بالذكريات الجميلة لنجد أنفسنا الآن مهجرين بلا مأوى وبدون أدنى مقومات الحياة نعيش حياة القهر والبؤس نعاني من قلة الغذاء والماء والكهرباء والدواء وكل مقومات الحياة حاضرنا ومستقبلنا محفوف بالمخاطر ترددت كثيرا قبل أن أقوم بعمل هذا الرابط ولكن شعوري باقتراب الخطر وتزايده يوما تلو الآخر وخوفي الشديد على عائلتي وتوقف تعليمي هو ما دفعني في نهاية المطاف لأن ألجأ لهذه الوسيلة بعد ما أغلقت في وجوهنا كل السبل حيث سعينا بكل الطرق لمحاولة الخروج والنجاة بأنفسنا واستكمال تعليمنا لكن للأسف كلها باءت بالفشل

اتخاذي لهذا القرار ولجوئي لطلب مساندتكم من خلال هذا الرابط جاء بسبب التكاليف الباهظة المطلوبة منا للسفر وبسبب توقف دخلنا المادي طيلة الفترة الماضية _خمسة أشهر _بسبب الحرب حيث توقفت مصادر دخلنا التي كنا نعتمد عليها

لقد دمر جزء كبير من بيتنا وفقدنا أعزاء علينا وخسرنا الكثير من ممتلكاتنا في هذه الحرب وتدمرت مدرستنا مما أدى إلى توقف تعليمنا وصبرنا وتحملنا على أمل الرجوع واصلاح ما تم افساده لكن للأسف الحرب مستمرة ولم تتوقف وحتى ولو توقفت فاننا نحتاج للكثير من الوقت لاصلاح ما تم افساده ولم يبق أمامنا الآن إلا محاولة الخروج من القطاع لاعادة بناء حياتنا ومواصلة دراستنا ومن ثم الرجوع لغزة في حالة رجوع الهدوء التام للمنطقة

أرجو أن لا تلومونا فقد اشتد علينا الأذى
