Help me become a real estate investor

Let's be honest, sometimes we need help getting started. I would love to invest in real estate but I need some help with the start-up costs. Those of you who know me know that I am a mother, employed fulltime, a part time realtor, and a content creator. I feel that real estate is the key for consistent success. I feel the reason why a lot of people dont get to invest in or purchase property is due to lack of cash. Though I have saved up some, unfortunately I do not have enough to step into the world of investing just yet... and that's where you come in !! Every dollar counts!!
