HELP ME BRING KALIYAH HOME

Well this is definitely what I hoped not to have to resort to, but nor did I expect to be dealing with this ridiculous situation as long as I have.

For anyone that isn't aware, my daughter Kaliyah has been out of my custody now for going into the 6th month and for that entire time I have not been able to see or speak with my baby.

The circumstances causing this are due to the unlawful, disrespectful, and ignorant actions of a person who has no legal bearing, merit or relationship based in DNA or even a Fabricated Bond with my child, but yet has on numerous occasions and unknowingly to me, has filed petition for guardianship of my daughter Kaliyah, of whom she has no familial relationship with, and I also have been granted sole custody and guardianship of with no jurisdictional oversight, and apparently had been denied several times in her secret efforts.

With no information or notice of her actions ever being disclosed to me, I was unaware of her intentions and decided to let my daughter Kaliyah spend time at the residence of this person with the primary and only driving factor being to build a bond with her sister. A child that I do actually share with the lunatic that's so recklessly choosing to make life decisions in matters that she holds no interest or concern.

I honestly laughed it off primarily, but after experiencing so much biased, blatantly racists and indecisive rhetoric by the legal system so far, and still be engaging with this psycho 6 months later without my child, I realize that I need to utilize every available avenue in order to get Kaliyah back from this nutcase.

To make matters worse, my attorney representing my case accepted my 5 digit retainer, never did one thing actively in support of my case, held conferences with attorneys for the nutcase and never divulged information to me about things such as no notice court dates of which she had been full aware of, and rescheduling a court date from October to January as a professional courtesy without regarding my thoughts on doing it before she did. I definitely would had said no. The kicker is that she decided to terminate herself from my case 10 days before my hearing for no substantiated reason given other than I hadn't disclosed a marital status. Wow!

I have taken steps to resolve that matter and for retrieving any or all money that I deserve from that, but in the meantime, I have exhausted nearly ever disposable and non disposable currency I've had access to.

I actually used my last $2300 dollars to attain new representation, leaving me $5200 dollars short of his entire retainer. That's what I'm trying to raise here and if I can that would be great. I'm not just depending on people's charity or help either. Believe me, I'm everywhere doing almost anything trying to maximize the time. That includes selling cars skipping meals and shopping with coupons. I just need my baby back. I'm not worried about the bounce back as much as I'm concerned that her parents are actually well off and financing this entire kidnapping scheme, and no judge from either Solano or Contra Costa County either lacks common sense and any judicial integrity, or the balls to do what's right when it concerns the affairs of a Black Man actively pursuing the role and responsibility of being a real father and a mentor to guide his own children onto successful paths in life.

Since when do people get to take other people away from the places and family they belong, dusregard any laws or ethics, and try to attain ownership of a person of no blood relation or concern of their own to be?
