Help me build Montreal's best Calisthenics gym!

Hi, my name is Mathieu Guevremont. I am a full time Calisthenics coach here in Montreal, Canada. I've been transmitting my passion for this sport for the past 7 years mostly in group classes all over the city. My goal is to empower every one with the freedom and benefits that calisthenics can provide for all. I've always been giving my entire self to every one from the bottom of my heart. I haven't taken vacations in years to be there everyday for all my clients. I'm committed. This past year, I decided to give my city, the best gym possible for our community to thrive and merge with the many sub communities we have here. Whether it be general fitness, learning calisthenics skills, working hard like lone wolfs, exploring tricking, pole, handstand, yoga, dancing, break-dance, name it... I want it there, with the best coaches.

My project is moving forward very well. I've already invested over 20k in equipment, incorporated the company, got the official logo done, acquired the domains and I'm finalizing the 3d concept art of the space for you guys to better understand what is to come. I'm planning on an opening by the end of the coming summer.

I've been paying all this from every single privates training or group class income I got. I dedicated everything to make this project into the most beautiful gift I can bring to this City and the world.

MY goal is to make this a hub, a gathering space were people will share, grow and explore with one another. I want the clients to live there! I want to facilitate the making of workshops from specialists who would want to stop by, competitions to encourage the athletes and truly, just give a space to shine for all.

The concept of this gym is a jungle of bars, of greenery, of light. This gym is an indoor park filled with plants and lights. A place were you feel energized just by what you're surrounded with. I want a place that also brings out the strength hidden in you. This place is both calming and powerful.

My biggest bump in the road is this .. I'm obviously demanding a loan from the bank to complete this project. I've approached the bank already and they're very interested in the project but... I need to demonstrate to the bank that I have enough founds to support the gym for a few months when it starts. As I said, I pay this alone with my lone wolf salary. My bank account isn't making it right now.. As I have been dropping all my money into this for a year.
