Help Me Compete for the Title of Illinois Bear 2024

Hi friends, fans, and followers.

I am Cliff Boyd a body positive model and performer. This summer I am competing for the title of Illinois Bear 2024. I am doing this to raise awareness on issues of mental health in two communities that are extremely important to me: the bear/chub communities and LGBTQ+ teens. As Illinois Bear 2024, I would have a platform and impetus to talk to others in the community about these issues and raise funds to support organizations working on them.

I would appreciate your support in helping me to raise the money it will take to be a good candidate. Costumes/wardrobe and props for the competition are my greatest expense and any funds raised above what I need for the competition will either be carried forward for North American Bear (if I win) or donated to a charity working on mental health in the LGBTQ+ community.

As a former theatre kid, I have some big ideas for my performances, which is why I am trying to raise this much money. Also, as a former theatre kid, I know how to make whatever budget I end up with work.
