Help Me Extend My Life

Hi, my name is Harvey Jacobs and I need money for medical help because I lost my health insurance, so I can't afford my medications to fight Type 2 Diabetes, reduce high blood, high cholesterol, glaucoma and thyroid problems. I have an online doctor but she cannot prescribe any medications until I have blood work done and I'm three months overdue at the lab. I'm down to the last of my medications and need to replace them urgently. I need your help to extend my life.
