Last year, while I was in labor, I experienced something no woman should ever go through. I was subjected to a court-ordered C-section under circumstances that changed my life. I was taken to court while in labor, denied an attorney, and spent over 3 hours in that hearing fighting for my life as they pushed to give me a c section against my will.
