Help Me Finance My Trip to Meet My Girlfriend

Hey everyone!
I am supposed to go to France during summer 2021 to see my girlfriend but a law in New Zealand means I'll have to pay a mandatory quarantine fee once I return.
This does not fit into my budget and has made it difficult to finance the trip since I am also a full time student struggling with tuition and living costs. I managed to save up a bit over the past few months but I'm still quite a bit far from my goal.
The cost of a ticket is roughly €1,500 - €2,000 EUR ($2,600 - $3,500 NZD) but will likely increase over the next few months. The quarantine fee costs €1,750 EUR ($3,100 NZD).
Due to the uncertainty that COVID-19 brings, I expect more obstacles thrown my way, but your help will ease the financial strain I'm under.
