Help me find my Shawn “HOOD” McGowan murder!

I want to increase the reward so that I can find who killed my baby!! GOD gave him to me and shouldn’t no one be able to take him from me but GOD! My name is Stacy Lynch, I am Shawn Lamarr McGowan Mother. My son talked to me 5 to 6 times a day. Every time my son called me the 1st words out of his mouth was “love you baby!” He was the kind of young man that called me 2 weeks before his murder so excited. He said Mommy your not going to believe what just happened? A woman that I went to school with came running out of her house on Clay Street stating that her boyfriend is dying, overdosing on Herion. My son grabbed  Naloxone someone had threw under a staircase ran in the house and administered it and he said Mommy he instantly gasped! He was so pumped telling me how good he felt that he saved someone’s life!! That’s the kind of Son I had! The same kind of son that went into his friend sister house saw that she had just got home from having a baby and that her house was dirty. My son did not know this young lady and asked her brother what is Shawn doing? He told her he is cleaning your house, because if he see something not right he’s going to make it right that’s how he is! That’s the Son I had!! No one has a right to take from me what God has given me but God Himself!! I will not grieve or rest until I get a picture to the ? In my head. I need a name to that ?, who killed my baby! You took him from me so it is a must!! That I take your freedom! Without a Question? My baby always said without a question? Without a question Mommy got you!!
