Help Me Find Stability After Life Changes

I am desperate and need the support and help of my friends and loved ones. I am usually too prideful to ask for help, but I am currently in a situation that requires me to swallow my pride and reach out for a helping hand.

I recently went through a breakup from a 15-year relationship. I had to walk away from the home I helped purchase by paying half of every payment and half of the down payment. I had to walk away with just my personal belongings as we put the house in my ex's name only. After leaving, I decided to move back to PA to be closer to family and old friends. I was to be sharing a house with my sister until I could get on my feet. The owner of the house now wants to sell it, and I have to find a new place.

This last Saturday, my truck started acting weird and making noises. I took it to a shop, and they quoted me $2906. It needs all new brakes, front rotors, a front wheel bearing, and brake line bleeding. I drive 35 miles to work every day. I can't get there without my truck, and on top of that mess, I need to find a new place. I was able to find a little apartment much closer to work. It's affordable and safe. I just need first, last, and security deposit.

Like I said, I am in such a bad way here. I have no other choice but to seek help from others. I am barely above the threshold of receiving any state assistance, so my best shot is friends and family. The stress of these last couple of weeks has taken such a toll on my health. I was not aware a person could add stress on top of stress on top of stress and not just crack. I know times are tough for everyone, and I understand if you are also in a tight spot. I just ask if you could please share this to help me finally get on my feet. Once I'm going, I'll be capable of maintaining. Anything you can do is very appreciated! Thank you!!!
