Help Will Get Back on the Pitch!

Hi my name is Will Harris, currently playing in Step 3 for Redditch United in the Souther Premier Central.

On August 24th, against Stratford Town, I suffered a devastating injury: a ruptured ACL and a torn medial meniscus. A setback that has altered my season in an instant.

I am not covered by the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) and lack private health care. This has placed a significant financial burden on me, as I need surgery and rehabilitation to recover fully.

I have opted for private health care to expedite my treatment. The NHS offers invaluable services, but the waiting time for a consultation is 5-6 weeks, with surgery scheduled at least 15 weeks later. I can’t afford to wait that long.

After this surgery I will need physio therapy rehabilitation and I will be off work for an extended period time.

Waiting times are long so I’m looking for support to enable me to get the required ACL surgery privately. This will help me get back to playing the sport that I love quicker & also support me financially during my rehabilitation and prolonged recovery meaning a long time off work.
