Help me get back to my apartment

Hello my name is Virginia and I am reaching out to my friends and community for help. I was just recently hospitalized for 11 days for breathing problems. I was put on 90% high flow oxygen for multiple days and slowly able to get weined off to a regular flow tube. I am now out of the hospital however due to doctors orders I am not allowed back to my apartment until there has been testing on the air quality to make sure its not from mold. There is no help out there for mold testing. So for me to go home I have to pay for the testing myself. And now on top of trying to get this testing done my radiator in my car blew. Now I'm in a hard place and need help. Please anything will help.
