I've had 4 strokes & can't work. please help me

On February 9th while I was driving down the interstate in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky and I had a stroke. After I got to the hospital I have come to find out I had 3 mini strokes on the right side of my brain and a major stroke on left side of brain in the occipital lobe. My wife drove 8.5 hours from Mississippi to bring me home. I'm unable to work cause I am high risk for more strokes and I'm not to be alone for a lengthy amount of time. So, I'm not asking for much. I just want to get caught up till I can start work again and get some food in the house.
