Help me get Cielo the care she needs!

Copied from my FB post: my friends suggested I start a GoFundMe.
Long post time, it's been a while, but I need to get it off my chest. Some already know, most don't. In 2017 Cielo Flynn got really sick and was diagnosed with something called Neuromyelytis Optica (NMO) or Devic's disease. At that time it paralyzed her from the waist down and was no longer able to walk. At the same time she was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and diabetic retinopathy(bleeding in her eyeballs). I had to stop working to take care of her as she was in the hospital for 3 or so months. After she got home she had to adjust to a whole new way of living. After getting her set up we discovered that the sheer amount of appointments and time involved were too much for us to handle financially and had to move from Tucson, AZ to Fulton, MS to live in her grandmother's house who had passed and conveniently right next to her mother.
We adjusted and got help getting her to appointments and after a year and a half of Physical Therapy in MS she was able to walk in a walker for short amounts of time. Then in 2019, our house burned to the ground due to an electrical fire. We lost everything but the people. (Lost 2 dogs though). We received a lot of help from her family and friends and moved into her cousins house in Memphis, TN for a few months until I could get back to working a regular job. My oldest, Cienna decided to move out and ended up back in Tucson, AZ. We moved into our own rental house and proceeded to live a new life again.
Took about a year to get her back into treatment for her NMO. Lost my job as a warehouse manager, then got fired accidentally via text message from Amazon. Then COVID hit in March 2020. We were afraid to get treatment during that time and she ended up getting a relapse of her NMO about 6 months ago that ended up affecting her optic nerve which left her completely blind.
To add to this, because of the diabetes, she has end stage kidney failure which needs daily dialysis. She is much more comfortable doing peritoneal dialysis at home which I manage. We're about 3 months into her being blind and essentially wheelchair bound. Good thing about dialysis, is it fixes diabetes!
About 3 weeks ago my truck broke down, had it towed to the shop and got the news that it's going to cost $3000 more than I initially paid for the truck to get it working again. Currently working a part time job at the local liquor store as its the only place within walking distance to get a job that will allow me to be with her while the kids are in school. So I work nights now . My other 2 kids are adjusting to being back in school in person again.
I do a whole lot to make this all work and still seem to be failing. Due to no working truck I don't have a way to get Cielo to her necessary appointments, have been trying to set up medical transportation through her insurance for her, the insurance only covers 1 company fully. But instead of a van or an suv they keep sending out an Uber which is not equipped to fit her wheelchair.
My fear is that the next step of her NMO, should it decide to relapse again due to no treatment is usually it stops her lungs from breathing on their own. I need to work to have money for food for the family, but I need to be close to her in case on further emergencies. This leaves me with no real way to save money to buy a different vehicle that is reliable and can get her to all of her appointments.
To say I'm stressed beyond belief every day would be a gross understatement. Help is needed and everyone is busy with their own lives so I haven't really asked anyone. Yet here I am getting it done every day and putting on a smiling face and trying to be positive to all my customers at the liquor store that also have their own plate of life to deal with. Being a Marine made me never want to quit. But this really sucks sometimes and I need to get this out.
For those of you that are friends with Cielo Flynn, figured you would want to know why she hasn't been online for a while. She's pretty scared about the whole thing and sleeps a whole lot now.
Could use help funding a reliable vehicle and registration and insurance, I can't pay a car note right now. Plus helping with monthly expenses while I work towards a job that I can work from home that pays enough to be a primary caregiver, husband, and parent in all the ways that everyone that wants a family to be able to. Thanks for reading and any help! Need the funds as soon as possible as I am currently asking my boss for rides to Walmart for groceries.
