Help me get guardianship of my disabled child

hello everyone. Most of you know that I have an intellectually disabled adult child. It recently came to my attention that, while under the care of her other parent, my daughter has not only been medically neglected, but also financially exploited. She is now in my full-time care, and in my home away from the person who has treated her so horribly. I’m asking for assistance to get legal guardianship, and conservatorship of my daughter to make sure she is safe and protected. The person who has mistreated her is currently under investigation by Adult Protective Services.

The retainer for the attorney is $5,000 to even get the process started. I normally would not even ask for this kind of help but I need to get this done as soon as possible and we currently just do not have $5000 to drop on attorney. If you cannot donate, sharing this would be much appreciated. I need as many eyes on this as possible. This is the only way I can make sure she stays in my care and safe from those who would harm her further.
