Help pay for my treatment, hospital bills and car

Hello, I was in a serious car accident on December 11 2020, another driver smashed into the driver side of my car, and Unfortunately her insurance company has filed for liquidation and she does not have money to pay for my expenses and to make the matter worse, I do not have underinsured coverage, so my insurance company is not paying a dime towards this. Mind you this driver had no license and I am stuck paying my hospital bills, treatment and car by myself. I currently go to nursing school and this has been a devastating thing that has happened to me at the worst time in the middle of the program. I don’t know if I can continue with my program without your help , I would appreciate help with my ongoing medical issues, hospital bills and my car that’s still in the pound, just to get my car out the pound cost $1100 that I don’t have and I have to go to clinicals in January and I don’t have transportation to go my clinicals. My hospital bills cost $7000 Thank you
