Help me get my coach to IWF World Championships with me!

Hi Friends and Family! If you know me at all, you know weightlifting is one of my biggest passion projects in life. It has been such a privilege to be able to continue my athletic career into adulthood, and it has provided me with so many wonderful opportunities and relationships. I recently was invited to represent team USA at the 2024 IWF World Championships in Manama, Bahrain in December! This would be my first world competition and my first international appearance since 2021, so needless to say I am very excited for the opportunity.

While my trip is fully funded by team USAW, my coach's travel is completely self-funded. Kim has been on this journey with me from the very beginning, and I can't imagine this once in a life time opportunity without her by my side as she's always been these past seven years. I have weightlifting to thank for our friendship, and while Worlds has been a dream of mine for quite sometime, I owe Kim more than I can express for helping me get to this point. The $5,000 I am asking for would help to cover her airfare, hotel accommodations, and accreditation fees.

I know that there is so much happening in the world, and in the grand scheme of life weightlifting is not a big deal. But, we so rarely get to chase our passions as adults, and I am so thankful to have the support I have to be able to do just that in this sport. Having my coach there with me would make this experience even that much sweeter for the both of us, so I greatly appreciate any amount that anyone can spare to help us check off this milestone.
