Help Me Get My Damaged Tools Back

My name is Spirogiannis Katehis. On July 19th 2021 I was driving on I85 south bound towards Raleigh NC on my way to my 1st service call of the day when my van caught on fire and was engulfed in flames. I lost acceleration and brakes on my work van followed by thick smoke coming from my steering wheel. Pulled over onto the side of the road when I noticed I had no brakes causing me to roll into a stop a quarter mile until I stopped rolling and put it into park. 60 seconds after managing to get my van to park it the front was completely gone. Had I reacted the way I did two minutes later I would of been trapped in my van driving being burned alive. I have and will always be a person that helps out my fellow person in their time of need but I write this crying because I have never asked for help because I don't know how to but I am puttin guy pride aside and asking for any help at all. The company that I work for has insurance and will cover most of my tools that were destroyed but not everything. Insurance claim will take a long time to process and get paid, not including time spend shopping for new tools, I do not know how long that will take since I have never been through something like this before. I still have my service tool bag and gauges that will get me through basic calls but in my hvac line of work I require all of my tools to better serve everyone and I feel helpless and depressed to see the years and work for all of my life tools destroyed on the side of the highway and not being able to do anything about it. I have gone through my van once it was towed to the companies mechanic shop that I work for and went through everything. A lot of tools still look good but are infact smoke and heat damaged beyond repair/use. I had about $30,000 plus worth of tools in my van that were destroyed from cordless drill and saw to digital gauges, electronic combustion analyzer to thermal imaging camera to almost every milwaumer m18 and m12 cordless tool batteries chargers to inspection camera etc. The company I work for has put me in a temporary pick up truck until they get a new van for me or until after they get through with their insurance company to get reimbursed for a new work van.

The most important thing is that I am ok physically but mentally I am destroyed defeated and depressed. I moved to Clarksville VA in March of 2021 for a better more meaningful and happier life. I have a family to support here and a mother to support back home in NY. Because of this incident, funds are stretched to the max and I cannot go out and buy all the tools that I lost. I have video and pictures for proof should anyone require it before donating
